I don't have time to define all these but the difference between SVP and VP is level in the organization and pay. In many ways titles are pretty arbitrary. But the pecking order usually is CEO->SVP->VP. IOW all the SVPs report to the CEO, the VP's report to one of the SVPs. It's also possible that all these positions report to the CEO. SVP vs. VP just tells you who gets paid more.

Hi, I am a Filipina too. Anyway, President - is the Decision Maker and the Signatory of the cheques, salaries, payments, he also acts as the Sales and Marketing Head of the Company. He is very particular in the bottom line of the company. Vice President - Lega - Handles all legal matters of the company. Normally, contracts, customer relations, etc. Vice President - COO - in-charge of the operations, in case of Pepsi Cola, he handles the operations, engineering of the equipments of Pepsi Cola, most specifically the production. SVP - chief marketing offer - handles brand management of Pepsi, promotions, contests, advertisements, and new product line development. SVP - national operations - handles all operational matters of all sales branches nationwide. SVP - national operations services - maybe handling operation equipments and inventory. VP - logistics - transportation and delivery of Pepsi Products to branch offices, clients. VP - technical services - head of the IT department. handles the website, technical equipment, emails, etc. VP - HUman REsource - head of the recruitment, handles training, payroll etc. SVP - Chief Finance - handles all accounting related matters Senior Vice President is just the same as Vice President. If the VP is good, and has worked for the company for years, and deserves a promotion, the President will promote the VP to SVP since he cannot promote naman the VP to President. SVP muna. This is just what I know. I hope it helps!
